Dr. Anushree Mehta
Associate Professor - OB & HRDr. Anushree Mehta (Karani) is an Associate Professor at Shanti Business School with over 13 years of academic and research experience in Human Resource management, Organizational Behaviour, HR Analytics, and related domains. She holds an MBA (HR), a Ph.D. in Management Studies, and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship from ICSSR at Sardar Patel University. Her research primarily focuses on psychological contracts, employee well-being, and the future of work in hybrid settings. She has published extensively in reputed ABDC- and ABS-listed journals, presented papers at national and international conferences, and received multiple best paper awards. Dr. Mehta has also been invited as a resource person for numerous faculty development programmes and research workshops, and has successfully organized FDPs with funding support. Alongside her academic career, she contributes to research communities through mentorship, workshops, and collaborations with leading institutions.
