i. To secure the hostel accommodation, an advance payment of Rs. 10,000/- is payable on or before 30th April 2024. This payment will be deducted from your overall Boarding & Lodging expenses.

ii. Payment(s) of fee should be made on or before last date, to avoid fine.

iii. Hostel facilities are available from August to April for each academic year on twin and/or three sharing basis. However this period may change depending on the dates of commencement of the academic year.

iv. Once the choice of Double or Triple accommodation is finalized by the student, request (s) for change will not be permitted.

v. Hostel fee will not be refunded, if student leaves hostel facility.

vi. The accommodation in hostel is decided for one semester which will be extended for the next semester. ThereMwill be summer break for May- June -July.

vii. It is mandatory for students opting hostel facility to produce valid Medical Insurance Policy at the time of registration.

viii. *Electricity expenses will be charged additionally at actual consumption in the hostel. Any student who defaces property of SBS, Ahmedabad in any manner will have the damages recovered separately.

All payments to be made in the name of SHANTI BUSINESS SCHOOL through Net-banking/ Cheque/ Demand Draft payable at Ahmedabad. You can also pay the fees by depositing cash through any branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank located in India.
