Strategies

IQAC shall evolve mechanisms and procedures for:

1. Ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks.
2. Relevant and quality academic and research programmes.
3. Optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning.
4. The credibility of assessment and evaluation processes.
5. Ensuring the adequacy, maintenance and proper allocation of support structures and services.
6. Sharing research findings and networking with other institutions in India and abroad.
7. Coordinating accreditation processes of national and international accreditation boards.
8. Getting recognized by recruiters.

Functions

1. Development and application of quality benchmarks and parameters for academic and administrative activities.
2. Facilitating a learner-centric environment and helping faculty adopt the knowledge and technology required for participatory teaching and learning.
3. Collection and analysis of feedback from all stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
4. Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders.
5. Organization of inter- and intra-institutional workshops and seminars on quality themes, and promotion of quality circles.
6. Documentation of programmes and activities leading to quality improvement.
7. Acting as the nodal agency for coordinating quality-related activities and sharing best practices.
8. Development and maintenance of the institutional database through MIS for maintaining and enhancing quality.
9. Periodic academic and administrative audits and their follow-up.
10. Coordinating accreditation processes for NBA and other international accreditation boards.
