Shanti Business School (SBS), Ahmedabad, inaugurated its 17th PGDM cohort (2026–28) by welcoming 253 student managers through its flagship induction programme, SAKSHAM 2026. The week-long programme was designed to introduce students to management education, industry expectations, leadership responsibilities, and professional development.
The programme followed the theme "Focus 3R – Reimagine, Resilient, Responsible". SBS Director Dr. Neha Sharma encouraged students to embrace corporate accountability, develop responsible leadership qualities, and prepare themselves for the challenges of the professional world.
The induction programme featured distinguished industry leaders, including Mr. Ronak Chiripal of Chiripal Group and Mr. Saurabh Singhvi of Litera Technologies, who shared valuable insights on resilience, corporate innovation, business growth, and leadership.
Students also benefited from mentoring and motivational sessions conducted by Dr. P.K. Rajput and Positive Paaji, focusing on communication skills, confidence, personal development, and professional effectiveness.
