Shanti Business School (SBS), Ahmedabad, welcomed 253 students of its new PGDM batch through a special week-long induction programme, SAKSHAM 2026. The programme was designed to introduce students to management education while encouraging personal growth, professional development, and responsible leadership.
The theme of the induction programme was "Focus 3R – Reimagine, Resilient, Responsible". It emphasized developing a positive mindset, taking responsibility, building resilience, and making thoughtful decisions.
During the programme, students participated in various interactive activities, including psychometric assessments and content creation exercises. These activities helped students understand their personalities, identify their strengths, improve creativity, and develop communication and collaboration skills.
The programme also included outbound management training and sessions focused on people management and interpersonal development. Students engaged in practical group activities and experiential learning exercises to strengthen their teamwork, confidence, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
