Shanti Business School (SBS), Ahmedabad, organized a special induction programme for 253 newly admitted PGDM students of the 2026–28 batch. The programme was designed to welcome students and introduce them to the institution's academic environment, values, and management education journey.
The theme of this year's induction programme was "Focus 3R – Reimagine, Resilient, Responsible". Through this theme, the institution emphasized the importance of innovative thinking, resilience, adaptability, and social responsibility among future management professionals.
Various experts and distinguished speakers conducted sessions to help students understand educational values, professional ethics, leadership qualities, and the importance of personal and professional development.
