3. Institution Building Initiatives at Shanti Business School:
At Shanti Business School, I have contributed to institution building through initiatives focused on strengthening industry–academia integration, experiential learning, and student career readiness. I facilitated engagement with industry experts to design and conduct a specialized workshop on Knowledge Management for PGDM HR students, providing students with exposure to contemporary organizational practices, industry cases, and practitioner perspectives.
I have also been actively involved in placement preparation initiatives, supporting students in developing greater awareness of industry expectations, job roles, and the competencies required for successful career transitions.
At the undergraduate level, I regularly incorporate activity-based and experiential learning into BBA courses, using practical exercises, case discussions, and industry-oriented examples to help students connect theoretical concepts with their application in contemporary organizations.
