Shanti Business School (SBS), Ahmedabad, was established in 2010 as a Corporate Citizenship Initiative of the INR 10,000 Crore Chiripal Group of Industries. Within a very short period of its existence, SBS has firmly established itself as an institution of distinction, attracting students from across the country and transforming them into industry-ready professionals who are increasingly preferred by the corporate world. The Chiripal Charitable Trust manages Shanti Business School. SBS is a vibrant academic community that has consistently nurtured socially responsible and highly sought-after industry leaders. We take pride in our diverse student community, comprising learners from various geographical regions, cultural backgrounds, and academic disciplines across India.
The rigorous and industry-relevant curriculum of its flagship PGDM programme, accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), reflects the institution's commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. The programme enables students to develop into business professionals equipped with contemporary skills, competencies, and a global outlook. SBS offers full-time PGDM and PGDM-Marketing programmes to graduates who have the potential to succeed in an academically challenging, innovative, and industry-driven environment.

Dear Participants, It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the 2nd International Conference on Sustainability, Inclusiveness, and Social Entrepreneurship (ICSISE-2026), the flagship international conference of Shanti Business School, Ahmedabad.
The overwhelming response and success of the first international edition, ICSISE-2025, marked a significant milestone in the evolution of our flagship conference series. ICSISE 2025 brought together academicians, researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, and practitioners to deliberate on some of the most pressing challenges and opportunities of our time.
The insightful discussions, quality research contributions, and meaningful collaborations established a strong foundation for future editions of the conference.
Building on this success, ICSISE-2026 seeks to further strengthen its position as a premier international forum for exploring emerging challenges and innovative solutions in the domains of sustainability, inclusiveness, and social entrepreneurship.
