Conference

The National Conference on "Sustainability, Inclusiveness, and Social Entrepreneurship" at Shanti Business School serves as a pivotal platform for dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. This conference brings together thought leaders, scholars, industry practitioners, and policy-makers from across the country to explore the synergies between sustainability, inclusiveness, and social entrepreneurship.

Our aim is to foster an environment where innovative ideas can flourish, leading to actionable insights that contribute to a more equitable and sustainable future. By aligning our discussions with the SDGs, we seek to address some of the most pressing issues of our time, such as responsible consumption, economic inclusiveness, and the role of technology in driving social change.

The themes and subthemes of this conference have been carefully curated to reflect the multidimensional aspects of sustainability in business, the importance of inclusiveness in economic practices, and the transformative power of social entrepreneurship. Each session is designed to delve deep into these topics, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

SBS Ahmedabad

Shanti Business School (SBS, Ahmedabad) was established in 2010 as a Corporate Citizenship Initiative of INR 7,000 Crore Chiripal Group of Industries, Shanti Business School (SBS, Ahmedabad) has, within a very short period of its existence, firmly established itself as an Institute of distinction, attracting students from across the country to transform them into industry-specific talent, which is increasingly being preferred by the management industry.

Publication Opportunities


  • Review Process: All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors may be asked to make revisions based on reviewer feedback.
  • Publication: All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings (NCSISE-2024 proceedings), which will serve as a comprehensive record of the research presented. Additionally, selected high-quality papers will be published in special issues of reputed Scopus-listed journals and UGC CARE-I , which are recognized globally and contribute to the academic credibility and citation impact of their work. This dual publication opportunity provides authors with a unique platform to disseminate their research widely and gain recognition.
